Bartier Scholefield White is a REFRESHING cocktail of Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc, and Chardonnay.

The wine was grown in the South end of the Okanagan Valley at the Wise Brothers' vineyard in Oliver. The wine is a true expression of fruit with non-interventionist techniques used in vinification. No barrels were used, just tanks. Lees contact was significant and contributed much to the mid palate of this wine.

A wine made to personify the flavours of the Okanagan, this blended white has earned plenty of fans, and much praise.

Tony Aspler - Tony Aspler
89 Points - "Pinot Gris/Blanc on the nose and Chardonnay on the palate - apple with a grassy note, crisp dry finish."

Gismondi on Wine - Anthony Gismondi
86 Points - "The attack is dry and fresh if not somewhat austere with green apple, grassy, grapefruit, earthy, gooseberry and floral flavours."

24 Hours Vancouver - Christopher Waters
"It boasts terrific integration and focused peach/apricot character that makes real the cliche that a blended wine is better than the sum of its parts. Made in a unoaked, old school way to amplify the flavours that came with the fruit, you could say it's a "no B-S white." "

Icon Scores - Liam Carrier
"A blend of Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc with impressive balance and concentration for a wine produced with minimal intervention in mind. Dry, crisp and loaded with supple fruit flavours and aromas."

Wine Access - Tom Firth
"The palate shows good freshness and plenty of clean fruits, ranging from gooseberry to pear. An easy to enjoy, pleasing style of white."

Culinaire Magazine - Heather Kingston
"It has a fresh acidity and creamy mid-palate, reminiscent of fresh peaches and meyer lemons."
