General Manager

Steve has spent his entire 38-year career in the construction and development industry, with a majority of his time as the owner of Fairmile Construction. He currently owns and operates Stonecroft Management Ltd. Stonecroft was the general contractor for The Outback in Vernon, the Shore Club restaurant in Vancouver, several projects for UBC Properties Trust, United Flower Growers, Vancouver Resources Society, a new winery facility for Road 13 Vineyards, and now, Okanagan Crush Pad. Steve understands the design, permitting, budgeting, financing, and construction processes and pitfalls. As such he guided the construction of the winery facility for Okanagan Crush Pad and is responsible for ongoing management and financial planning. Steve is currently on the boards of the Independent Contractors and Businesses Association, the British Columbia Safety Authority, the Okanagan Purchasing Group, and a number of private corporate boards..

He and wife Christine Coletta have few spare hours as they focus on the creation of Okanagan Crush Pad. His golf game has suffered as a result.
